1. Purpose of this service
Futaba Chemical provides this service to explore and discuss original label designs. A preview is an illustration; colors, dimensions, positioning and appearance may differ from actual printing. Submitting an enquiry or order request does not finalize an order. Final artwork, specifications, price and delivery require separate confirmation.
2. Designs and third-party rights
Use only text, images, logos and other content you are entitled to use. Rights to your submitted materials remain with their owners; you permit the reproduction and processing necessary to review and respond to your request. Rights to this system and its supplied materials remain with their owners. Separate font, artwork and open-source license terms take precedence for those components.
3. Prohibited use and system analysis
Without prior written authorization, do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or analyze this service to extract its source, nonpublic specifications or implementation; evade access controls; make unauthorized automated requests; copy or redistribute system assets; or interfere with operation. This restriction does not limit acts that applicable mandatory law or an applicable third-party license expressly allows. Ordinary use of the editor is permitted.
4. Confidential information
Keep confidential any nonpublic technical or business information identified as confidential by Futaba Chemical, or clearly confidential in context, that you receive through this service. Use it only for your design consultation and do not disclose it to others without prior authorization. Public information, information lawfully known beforehand, independently developed information and information lawfully obtained without a confidentiality duty are excluded. Required legal disclosure is permitted to the necessary extent. Return or delete confidential material on request, subject to legal retention duties; this obligation continues after use ends.
5. Availability and responsibility
The service may be changed or suspended for maintenance, security or other reasonable operational needs. Keep a copy of important designs. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular printing result. These terms do not exclude liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
6. Changes and applicable law
When the displayed terms or privacy notice change, we will ask for confirmation again on your next visit. These terms are governed by Japanese law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Contact Futaba Chemical if you have questions.
